Roof Replacement in Altrincham

Pat and his team replaced two roofs, guttering, pipework and fascia’s. Pat, Leo and all the lads are great to work with: friendly, responsive from first contact and calm when dealing with the inevitable little problem you come across with big jobs. The work was done well and on plan. All round, a good experience. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

What started as a straightforward job quickly turned into a much bigger piece of work once underlying issues were uncovered, including rotten timber and problems with the roof structure. Pat kept us informed throughout and took the time to show and explain everything clearly so we understood exactly what needed doing.

The team worked really hard, were punctual, and kept everything tidy throughout. The quality of the work is excellent. We’ve had full fascia, soffits, and major roof repairs done, and everything has been completed to a high standard.

Despite the job becoming more complex, they remained professional and got everything sorted properly rather than cutting corners, which gives us real peace of mind going forward.

Pat and the boys did a grand job replacing all of the facias, soffits and gutters, replacing the rotting timbers and fitting the Dry Verge System to our ridge line. They completed all the work within 4 days working through the rain and over a weekend. Thanks for doing such a fine looking job.
